SpearMint is a Canadian junior mineral exploration company resulting from the completion of a qualifying transaction involving the acquisition of a 100% interest in 12 mineral claims comprising an epithermal precious metal project known as the Otter property, totaling approximately 5,296 hectares located in the Similkameen mining division in the Princeton area of British Columbia.

potentially include, but will not be limited to, agriculture, medical, resources and financial. At this time no new project has been contemplated and there is no guarantee that one will be completed.
